  • Logistics Partner: All shipments are managed through Shiplifer, utilizing premium carriers like Posta Plus.

  • Shipping Costs: A standard rate of 14.5 AED per kg applies to local shipments. International rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • Delivery Timeline: * UAE: Usually takes 1–3 business days.

    • GCC & International: May vary based on customs and location.

  • Delays: Please note that during peak seasons or holidays, slight delays may occur.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for orders above 200 AED within the UAE.

  • No Returns: Once a product is sold, it cannot be returned.

  • Exchanges for Damage only: * Exchanges are granted only in the event of manufacturing defects or damage during transit.

    • Mandatory Requirement: To be eligible for an exchange, an unboxing video must be provided as proof of the damage upon arrival.

    • Claims must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the package.
